 We know returns can be a little annoying. You ordered something, and now you have to send it back. But do not panic, at airoworla, we will take care of you to guide you to the maximum.

 Airoworla Returns Policy

Something is wrong? No problem, just let us know and we'll fix it.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise and must have a tracking number. We do not apply restocking or management fees. There are no fees to be expected from airoworla.

Airoworla does not offer any exchanges at this time - only refunds.

  • Items should not be worn or washed. No stains or signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
  • Items cannot be returned if the care label has been cut or removed.
  • All components are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your items to make a return.
  • Orders placed with a reduction in loyalty points will not be able to return the loyalty points used.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned in a single order.

Depending on the delivery service and the country with which you are returning your item, it can take an average of 21 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be delivered and processed by our team (we are located in France). More specifically, our support team make the return in just 48 hours after receipt. We will notify you by email once the processing is complete.

 If your return tracking is marked as delivered, our helpdesk will contact you to confirm your refund as soon as possible.

 I made a mistake on the size

It can happen to choose the wrong size, no problem, airoworla offers you the return of your yoga pants within 30 days. Unfortunately, we do not yet offer an exchange.

 To get yoga pants of the size you want, you will need to place a new order. If you have initiated a return, you will be notified by email of the processing of the return and refund by airoworla.

How can I return my yoga pants?

The Law tells us that 14 working days (18 calendar days) are required to make your return. At airoworla, we are increasing this time!

You therefore have 30 calendar days from the date you received your items to make a return. A simple reason may be enough to make a return: you do not like yoga pants, the size does not suit you….

If it is not a typing error sent or damaged, the return costs are your responsibility and must include a tracking number.

 Here are the simple steps to return your product:

  2. Contact us through this page;
  3. After receipt, airoworla will proceed with your return within 48 hours.

DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

The delivery of the articles can be carried out only:

  • at the customer's usual place of residence
  • or to the delivery address provided by the customer when he placed the order.
